As Merter Mall, we have been providing wholesale services in Merter since 2019, and we provide safe and fast shipping to all over Türkiye and the world.
Based on customer satisfaction, we meticulously manage our logistics processes to ensure that your orders reach you on time and without any problems.
1. SHIPPING TIME
Orders are shipped on the same day or within 1-3 business days, depending on product stock and workload.
This timeframe may vary for special production or high-volume wholesale orders. The customer will be informed.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Shipments are made to all provinces across Türkiye.
We work with contracted cargo companies and deliveries usually take place within 1-3 business days.
For large-scale orders within Istanbul, direct delivery can be made with our own shipping vehicles.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to all countries in the world.
Shipments can be made via international cargo companies such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex or through the customer's preferred logistics company.
Delivery time varies depending on the country, region and carrier, but is generally between 3-7 business days.
Delays that may occur due to customs procedures and country regulations are beyond our company's control.
Customs duties, import costs and other legal obligations imposed by the recipient country are the responsibility of the customer.
4. SHIPPING FEES
For domestic shipments, free shipping may be offered for purchases over a certain order amount.
For international shipments, shipping costs are determined by order volume, weight, and delivery country. A quote is provided before ordering.
If you wish, you can request shipment through your own contracted logistics company.
5. DELIVERY & RESPONSIBILITY
Orders are the responsibility of our company until they are shipped.
In case of delay, damage or loss that may occur after delivery, the customer must contact the relevant cargo company.
When receiving the package, the outer packaging must be checked and a report must be kept in case of damage.
6. ADDRESS AND INFORMATION ACCURACY
It is critical for fast delivery that the address and contact information provided by the customer is accurate.
Our company is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to incorrect or incomplete information.
