Return policy

As Merter Mall, we have been operating in the wholesale sector in Merter since 2019. We prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a fair and clear returns process to address any potential issues with your orders.

Due to the nature of wholesale sales, our return policy is subject to certain conditions and is only valid for cases that meet the appropriate criteria.

1. RETURN CONDITIONS

Refund requests are accepted in the following cases:

  • If the product was sent incorrectly (if there is a difference in product, model, color, size or quantity)

  • If the product arrives damaged, defective or unusable

  • If the product was damaged during shipment and a report was kept at the time of delivery

For returns:

  • The customer must contact us within 3 working days of delivery at the latest.

  • The product to be returned must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • An invoice or delivery note must be presented with the product.

2. RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Used, washed or labeled products

  • Products damaged due to customer error

  • Special production or personalized orders specifically for wholesale sales

  • Refunds requested after the specified period
